Thanks for the input everyone. Tried a pair of lightweight rubber dipped work gloves today. They worked pretty well. They were a little too big for working my wrists, I use a dowel and hanging weight that I twist up and down.

Grip is not the main issue I am concerned with. I only use dumbbells and they are getting in the 65 Lbs range. I was wondering if gloves protect my hand from getting chewed up. My calluses are starting to rip open. Maybe I just have wimpy palms?

My poodle likes incline Number 3 and speed about 1.8. Personally I use the elliptical or do weights while he runs on the treadmill.

Raking leaves is a regular activity for me in the Autumn. I rake 2-3 times a week, my own lawn and some of the neighbors' who can't rake their own. The 1100 calories and hour seemed too high for the way I physically feel. Raking just doesn't feel like I have spent that much energy.

Thanks for the explanation. So my foods are not totally my foods, I had to change my eating requirements and old stuff just sits there and I have to scroll through old foods no longer eaten. Not being able to delete makes this part of the site useless.

Crasins, walnuts chia seed ground flax and honey.Mix well before the chia seeds become a mush. I have cut down on adding salt until I do not add any anymore.

Try Google lookup for Sunrise Chicken. Chicken breast marinated in tequila, citrus cilantro and garlic (always have lots of garlic). I only know that I start with this recipe as a baseline and add from there. I know I add more tequila than required. Maybe that's why I think this is so good!

I think my Microsoft Band calorie count is a little high, MFP is based on averages, so I will just work out an average between the two. This whole thing is just a guide anyway. Thanks for the input.

It can't be a spot if you have to stop walking to hit a ball all the time. Most golfers do not break a score of 100. That is a lot of stopping during a walk in the park.

to walk a golf course is about 5 miles. If a person ran that distance it would be a sport.

I don't drink mush water, however I am trying to consume more. Isn't the guild just a suggestion to stay hydrated during the day? Isn't coffee just a way to stay hydrated?

the specs for my first machine was to buy an inexpensive machine that was sturdy and had a few options. I wanted to make sure I would use it. My second machine was expensive however I use it four times a week. Look for a good used machine. There will be a lot of them round in about six months.

My two standard poodles use the treadmill while i use the elliptical trainer and workout. The two cats laugh at the dogs. One dog is 11 and the other is 2 years old. Good food and exercise is what we all need.

I have not lost any weight with this app. But giet and exercise work OK. Giet = exercise more so you can eat more.
