How dare the internet be full of people of the opposite sex seeking out others. Naughty internet, go sit in the corner and think about what you've done.

Far out, too many PC police on MFP.

It may be "easier" to drop more weight being larger with exercise but it's harder exercising when you are larger so the answer is no, it's all relative.

If anything tattoos will tend to look brighter and fresher after weight loss as the pigment that lies under the skin gets closer together as the the weight drops and the skin tightens. Gaining weight will have a negative effect on tattoos however.

I have been thinking for the last couple of days about making myself a personal video that I can watch every month when I'm at goal. The video will be me telling myself how proud I am of what my new self watching has achieved and reminding myself how uncomfortable it was being in a bigger body and how insecure it made me…

I don't think I could afford to keep up with the clothes thing as i lose as it would cost a fortune so I will op shopping lol but when I'm at my goal I will be getting my leg tattoos that I have always wanted and a new wardrobe  will reward myself with a haircut at 20 kilos though.

I agree, if you are starving, lacking energy, drained etc then yes, by all means eat some back but if you feel ok then don't. Simple.

If you look at my diary you will see I have had a few nights with a cup of hot tea and a piece or two of dark mint chocolate because, alas, it is also my TOTM lol allow yourself these things but just make sure that they fit into your daily allowance. Also, I couldn't agree more with the exercise part either, I have upped…

I pre-log all my food for the day the night before so I can figure out the right combo of meals for the day + how many coffees and snacks etc I can have. I always try and stay below the deficit a little. I never ever ever pre-log exercise as i find it satisfying to log it after I workout, it gives me sense of…

Aw man, hope you feel better soon, my portion control was never too good but I always ate decent foods and hardly ever ate deep fried crap either. When you have stones anything can set off an attack, I once had an attack from drinking a glass of tap water, yes, TAP WATER ahhhhh. Now that my Gallbladder is gone though I…

Having a stone stuck in a bile duct can kill you.

I had serious Gallbladder attacks for almost 3 years, first attack, I couldn't breath and was crying in fetal position, felt like a heart attack and lasted for 30 minutes then just disappeared suddenly. I rang an ambulance but at the time all the ambulances were on call as i live in the city and the ambulance guy stayed on…

I'm sure people will take offence to this too but why are people so *kitten* precious these days? Seriously, political correctness has gotten outta hand! If the intent behind the OP's question wasn't nasty then why the *kitten* is everyone getting on thier damn high horses? Toughen up people!
-
I have heard that every 10 lbs/ 5 kgs you are prompted by MFP to let them reassess and change your deficit automatically. Hope this helps.
-
Yes, completely agree!
