Slacked off :(

Had a busy two months at home with my kiddos. Slacked off from the gym and gained back 20lbs :( so depressing. I'm getting married in July and my dress is nowhere near fitting me ! I need motivation !

    That's quite a gain in a short time - a lot will be water

    take measurements

    then aim for 0.5-1lb a week loss

    get active / progressive weight training

    Motivation doesn't come from external sources and also isn't what you rely on - you need to commit even when you don't feel motivated

    Thanks :) been back to the gym the past 3 days cardio / weight training . Feels good to be sore again ! Meal prep for the week all done , won't fall off the wagon this time !

    It's not always easy to commit everyday with life going on around me , I have busy kids and a working man but I need to do this for me
