Slacked off :(

Had a busy two months at home with my kiddos. Slacked off from the gym and gained back 20lbs so depressing. I'm getting married in July and my dress is nowhere near fitting me ! I need motivation !

That's quite a gain in a short time - a lot will be water
take measurements
then aim for 0.5-1lb a week loss
get active / progressive weight training
Motivation doesn't come from external sources and also isn't what you rely on - you need to commit even when you don't feel motivated0 -

Thanks been back to the gym the past 3 days cardio / weight training . Feels good to be sore again ! Meal prep for the week all done , won't fall off the wagon this time !0

It's not always easy to commit everyday with life going on around me , I have busy kids and a working man but I need to do this for me0
