I don't follow people's recipes or meal plans. I do intermittent fasting with a 16/8 or 18/6 window most days and just eat whole, natural foods. I always plan to eat 20 or less total carbs per day, but some days when I'm craving a lot of veggies or 1/4 cup berries in my yogurt (Fage 5% plain greek) I can get up towards 30.…

Try taking Eleuthero Root, otherwise known as Siberian Ginseng. Also, Licorice root helps a lot too. They are safe herbs that can really help reduce adrenal fatigue. If you can afford it or your insurance allows it, seeing a Naturopath might really help! Good luck and keep us posted!

So far I have not been able to force myself up at 4 am for exercise. I'm truly not lazy, don't know why its so hard but I'm wondering if I should just try to do my 10 minutes of strength training when I get home. In bed at 9:30 pm, sleep for like 4 hours and then up at 4:15 am and not sure I can get up earlier than that.…
