@ KnitOrMiss - I'm not intentionally doing such a high deficit, it just happens that that's the amount of calories that makes me full :) I'll be sure to watch it though, as I don't want to stall my weight loss in any way!

Should I be concerned that I'm not meeting my daily calorie goal? I had it set to 1300 calories/day, but was finding it really hard to actually consume that much. I would like to say that I am in fact eating food. I eat all sorts of raw veggies, tons of protein, whole grain brown rice, chickpeas, greek yogurt, fruit etc every day. That's not my problem. Maybe because I changed my username? I was told it wasn't wise to include both first and last name as a username, so I changed it.
