one that works well for me is roasted seaweed. salty, slight crispiness, low cal and packed with iodine.

Diary open to friends. Going for a 50 lbs loss with 5 lbs already achieved.

age 45 going for 50 lbs down with 5 lbs achieved. keeping myself honest with the food diary (MFP) and getting up and walking when I can, while tossing my medicine ball around. Been at it for just under 2 weeks.

how is clean eating defined in this group? I avoid most sugars (especially fructose) unless combined with fiber and also limit processed foods. I keep to organic/local when I can.

One thing that has really helped me organize is the program paprika. Importing recipes and setting meal times. I think its great you are exercising that long every day. Keep it up!
