  • I do indeed have the same problem at times......if I miss tracking 1 or 2 days I may shame myself and not track for more days. I feel bad because I am also an emotional eater and when I don't write it down, I eat worse. The more people that help me with accountability the better so if you would like some encouraging…

  • Need to lose between 45-50 lbs myself. This is hard and I've tried (and failed) so many times. I have no face shots, only the mountains of Asheville, NC, etc.
