Advice please on eating out and watching calores/carbs.etc. Usually I can find nutrition information on restaurants but recently ate at a Tupelo Honey Cafe in Asheville, NC. I had a Havarti Melt without the bread (had fried green tomatoes, mushrooms, peppers, etc.). I CANNOT find their nutrition information and I have inquired straight to them without reply. Can anyone help?

Worse case scenario, log each individual item... like log the fried green tomatoes, then log the mushrooms, etc etc. Thats what I do if I go out to eat and I can't for the life of me find the nutritional info. It will not be 100% accurate like the restaurants nutritional info, but it will still be pretty close! Good luck! Not only that, but even if you did underestimate your calories a little bit, not a huge deal, because its only one day!!0

Thanks Amanda. Have been around too many people eating too many unhealthy things. I will go back and log as close as I can.0
