It's all about moderation. Enjoy the things you love without over doing it. If you can't simply have a spoonful of ice cream then try freezing bananas for a healthy alternative. I have also heard about people adding a little bit of peanut butter in with frozen bananas for a great treat.

It's a very sad thing, but yes alcohol is loaded with calories and adds up quickly. spinach is good for you and you should continue to eat it. Even if you mix in half spinach and half leafy greens in your salad!

I choose to use salsa, even as an alternative to salad dressing. Also, I am a big fan of any hot sauce! This is sure to add some spice and flavor to any meal. Now I find it hard to eat anything without hot sauce.

Cheat meals are a must. However, what it important to not go off completely. I believe that you can and should eat the things you love, but in moderation!
