Why would you want to rep a company if you don't use their products? Not sure what you mean about Maui...

Ha! I know exactly what you are talking about.

Exercise will definitely help, especially strength training. Also, sometimes it can take a little while for our skin to adjust and bounce back after losing a lot of weight in a short period of time.

From my experience there was a little too much caffeine for me with C4. While it gives you energy, having the main active ingredient in a preworkout be caffeine can be counter productive if you are looking for something to help you with focus and pump, and not keep you wired all night. I like Liporidex PRE/T because I can…

I use Polar to measure my calories expenditure while lifting weights. You can actually burn tons of calories by lifting-I use super sets and cardio acceleration and burn A LOT of calories when I am lifting.

Iphone with a great playlist-lots of crazy music, headphones, lifting gloves and belt, towel, lock and my Liporidex PRE/T pre-workout with a shaker and 2 scoops of Optimal Nutrition Extreme Chocolate Protein and 1oz of almonds so I get it in right after workout. I shower/change at home, gym showers are not my favorite..

Completely agree. BTW, what appetite suppressant are you using? I have been using Liporidex PM after dinner and it really helps me out a lot-just curious what other good ones are out there that you can take at night.

I've used both products extensively (not sure about SX7), but you really cant compare either one to the old hydroxycut. That stuff was pretty nasty. The new Elite is way better, but Liporidex MAX is better yet. I've actually gotten hooked on the MAX and PM formula. You can't go wrong with any of their stuff. Obviously,…

any crosfitters in here? I started it and found it a great way to meet people while getting in shape!

C4 was too strong for me to take in the evening, kept me up all night. Try Liporidex. I can safely take it in the evening, it gives me a great pump, and I will still sleep like a baby.

could be that you are allergic to something in the air

Good luck!

that is it!

I use Liporidex and it has helped me quite a bit. I don't knw what makes it special other than it works and it's made up of quality ingredients. I have been taking this now for several months and every so often I do stop taking it for a couple days just to re-boost my system and it works for me.

I like to weigh myself once a week and take profess pics once a week.

You HAVE to try it.....addicting! I am getting to know the delivery guy very well these days.

Great advice, thanks!

gotta say, i just added quest nutrition protein milkshakes to my post workout. The flavor is incredible. I cant believe that its only 1 g of sugar. The shakes really filly me up - feels like I just drank a 1200cal milkshake from DQ. I combine this my Liporidex app suppressants and I don't think about eating for pretty much…

I completely agree with you. You need to change your lifestyle if you want to lose weight. I do think there are tools such as fat burners that can help you get back on track, but you may not want to take them forever. Just long enough to get your lifestyle in check and be able to make the right choices for yourself.

I have been looking to take a new fish oil, I am not liking the after taste mine has, any suggestions?

I couldn't agree with you more. If you are on a budge check out Sprouts or Trader Joes, they usually have decent protein powder to choose from.

You are definitely not alone. I have this problem from time to time also. I use a product called Liporidex and I know they have a PM formula that is stimulant free and is supposed to help with late night cravings and burning fat. I love their other products so I am sure that one is great too. You should look it up on…

I prefer to take a whey isolate after I workout sometimes mixed in with a recovery supplement to reduce soreness. As far as supplements, what are you looking for specifically? Something to help you lose fat, perform better? I use Liporidex Max before I workout or in the morning. It helps give me energy and helps me control…

I thought maybe that too, but it really doesn't have that much caffeine in it maybe 85mg per pill or so. That is really not that much compared to some of the other products I used to take in the past. Those would give me a big boost of energy and then I would crash later in the afternoon. Plus this is also helping me with…

Thanks for the tip about coconut oil, I will have to try that. @mandykent I just started taking Liporidex and love it so far. I was struggling with my energy levels and not making it to the gym after work because I was so tired. Now I have much more energy and am actually trying to go to the gym in the morning this week to…

I take a normal multi vitamin every morning, along with fish oil (when I remember) and Liporidex to give me more energy and help with my appetite. I have also started taking a pre workout but still need to find one that doesn't mess with my stomach too much. I am all for supplements as long as they don't contain any…

Great idea!! Here is one I laugh at every time! I have so many more too!
