Finally kissing the 200s goodbye.

Hello and welcome. I to have started and stopped many times and struggled to find that "happy" medium of doing too much and not doing enough. Feel free to add me.
-
Feel free to add me. I log in every day and am pretty active. I have a lot to lose and can use any support/friends I can get. (:
-
Feel free to add me. I try to be active and motivating to my friends. I know having motivating and active friends helps me stay on track.

Congratulations! Onderland must feel great! I'll be joining you there in a few weeks! Keep up the good work.

About a year ago I started having increased depression and anxiety and was dealing with it all by emotional eating. I would lie to myself saying it was because of my job and I didn't have time to eat healthy when I was constantly in the car driving. Drive Thru's were easier and it "made" me feel better. Fast forward after…

I only weigh in once a week and I keep the scale out of sight the rest of the time so Im not tempted. I get easily derailed when I don't see the number change even after a day even though I know weight fluctuates on a daily basis. I do best when I only step on once a week.

Way to go Allie! It's been great hearing your story and watching you succeed. I've been stalled for a few weeks now and reading this makes me want to keep pushing. Keep it up girl! You are doing great!

Did W5D1 this morning. It feels so good knowing that each day Im pushing myself a little bit further and proving to myself that I CAN do this!
-
Did W4D1 yesterday and felt great. Excited to see how tomorrow goes for W4D2. I can't believe I've made it this far.
-
I did it guys!! I completed W4D1!!! This is the first time I ever made it past week 3. It feels so good and I feel like I really can do this!
-
Finished week 3 today. I've finished week 3 once before and never moved on to week 4. I decided this time to not look ahead at week 4 and to just try it on day one that way I don't have time to psych myself out. If I get to W4D1 and I cannot do it then I will repeat week 3.

Finished W3D2 this morning. Feeling better more confident this week than I did last week. Decided not to look ahead at next week though so that I don't talk myself out of it.

W2D2 done. It felt harder than W2D1.... not sure if it was all in my head or not. I did have to slow it down a bit. I got fitted for running shoes yesterday and today was my first run with them. It felt great. Much more balanced than my old sneakers. Can't wait till Friday so I can share how I have completed W2!

I got fitted for running shoes today. Ended up going with the Brooks Revenna 6 over the ascis because they just felt more comfortable. I'm excited to try them out tomorrow for W2D2.

Just finished W2D1 and feeling pretty good about it. I am having a bit of pain on the outsides of both my shins... anyone have any suggestions as to how to minimize this? I am looking into purchasing running shoes hopefully sometime this week so if anyone has tips to breaking in new running shoes that would be helpful too.…

Just getting started with this program again. I really want to finish this time around and not get caught up in mental roadblocks. Finished week 1 today and feeling pretty great. It is usually around week 4 that I chicken out. What do you all do on "rest" days from C25k? I have just been walking as I don't belong to a gym…

I'm new to this group but have tried C25k many times in the past. I always give up around week 4. Any tips to help push through the mental road blocks and actually complete the program? I finished W1D2 yesterday. On my off days from running I mostly just walk. Thank you!
-
I would love to join. I requested to be added to the group. I love challenges because they help keep me motivated.

I estimated about 500 calories for half the wrap. So thats what Im going to shoot for and add a garden salad. I don't like bacon and will get the sauce on the side and most likely not use it.

Thank you guys. This isn't an every day thing for me but the further along on this journey I go the better I will (hopefully) get at navigating situations like this. This is the first time since starting my journey that I've gone somewhere and not stuck to a pretty simple grilled chicken salad. I just want to be able to go…

I love these videos. I use her 3 mile one on days Im to busy with out to get out during the day and walk. I use her quick 1 mile one on days Im just a tad short on my step count. I use a FitBit Flex and like to get 10k steps a day. Her videos help when Im short on time during the day.

You take photos of every meal? I couldn't imagine doing that. You must put a lot of hard work into this!

^^^ Eating when Im sad is the next thing I am focusing on. I definitely do that way too often.
-
I do this as well.

I was recently diagnosed with pseudotumor cerebri which commonly affects obese women in their early twenties. The best thing for my health is to lose the weight so I don't have to rely on medications and possibly brain surgery.
-
I need to get a good scale. I have a crappy one from Walmart it only measures in oz. I want one that does grams and all that because I know it is the most accurate way to log.
-
Im in the same boat. I've lost 11/100. Could use all the motivation and friends I can get.
