The gates opened for me today!!
I don't even remember being under 200 pounds ever since i was probably a young teen.
My starting weight was 252 pounds and i will make damn sure never to see that number again!

    I just did it a couple of weeks ago. I also have been over 200 my entire adult life, except for one brief time when i dieted down to 188 and then gained it all back the minute I stopped dieting.

    This time i am changing the way i live. I started at 300 and I'm at 196 now. I feel really confident about never going back.

    It took me 3 days to take a picture of my 199 on the scale because when I picked up my phone, it's weight put me over 200! :smiley:

    Congratulations! My story sounds just like yours. Aaannnnndddd I have the same picture!!!! LOL Started at 245 (3/1) and hit 198.8 2 weeks ago. Keep up the great work!

    Congrats! This is a huge accomplishment and I think breaking 200 is a big emotional shift. That is what I have my eye on.
