Welcome Suri. I know what you're talking about. I was the same way and at times, I still struggle. I have learned though just don't quit. Even after a bad day or 2, I keep trying. Good job on losing the 20 pounds though! That's great.

Cutting out unhealthy food is the worse. It tastes better than healthy food. That's why people are overweight lol. Good luck!

I workout in the afternoon and I sleep better. Morning workouts really get my day going and gives me so much energy. Both are actually great lol

I'm in the same boat with you! I was always the fattest in the family and the fattest friend. For once in my life, I am taking care of myself.....and it is odd being smaller than people who have always been smaller than me. Hang in there!

Well, for me, it was what I believed. I thought I could never change.....but I did. You can too. It does take time. I hated my body and honestly I still do. Believe you can create change for yourself. It truly does help.

I have that problem, too. When I eat clean, I do really well...but as soon as I eat something not on my clean list, it is hard to get back in the swing of things.

I actually watched the documentary Joe Cross did. Loved it. I went and got the juicer he said to get. I used it some. I wish I would juice every single day, but I don't. I need to put that on my list of things of "have to" lol

Good luck! I remember when I was in your shoes! I weighed almost 370 pounds and I'm 5'1! I'm 39 now...I've lost around 130 pounds. Stick to it! You can do this!
