If you know your maitanance then add slightly amount of calories to it n get your protein from beans and other sources I would say it's a bit harder to get protein in a veg diet but with research it's duable.

Try a soda cup with a straw ... N put ice on it fill it up with water easy you will drink more water.. It's like when you drink soda you sip and then don't realize and you half way of a cup

Cheat meal maybe ... This is my if I eat .. For the whole day .. The cheat day .. I feel like *kitten* the next day .. Bloated tired weird feeling . Everyone is different try it.
