Flexible Dieting

I'm sure this has been done to death. I searched previous topics and they weren't much help. So here it goes.

So I've been tracking my calories for years. I'm at the point where I can basically eyeball what to eat, how much of it, etc to stay within my calories. Lately, I've been feeling like I've been forcing myself to eat everything instead of just eating when I'm hungry. I'm interested in learning more about flexible dieting, otherwise known as IIFYM. Does anyone have any knowledge/links/info on flexible dieting?
