Flexible Dieting

I'm sure this has been done to death. I searched previous topics and they weren't much help. So here it goes.
So I've been tracking my calories for years. I'm at the point where I can basically eyeball what to eat, how much of it, etc to stay within my calories. Lately, I've been feeling like I've been forcing myself to eat everything instead of just eating when I'm hungry. I'm interested in learning more about flexible dieting, otherwise known as IIFYM. Does anyone have any knowledge/links/info on flexible dieting?

IIFYM doesn't sound like what you are trying to do. IIFYM just says that you can use any foods to meet your macro balance.

I like it ! It's a better way to approach diet without eating the same foods every day .. Check iifym.com or YouTube channels with a full day of eating /iifym ..1
