I am 6 months out from sleeve. I still have difficulty stopping when I should. I know I've had enough, but with only 2 bites left I hate throwing out food I have paid for . Saving for later is an option too , just a bother. Buying small bowls and plates helps me control portion sizes. I use my food scale occasionally .

It took me several months to get use to my bipap machine, and another several months to feel better. A lot of mind over matter to make myself wear it. Now 6 months after starting I can honestly say I am feeling more rested when I wake up.

Surgery went well, lots of stomach gas, burping and trying to keep down water for the first two days. Better today after getting home yesterday and sleeping in my own bed. Water and protein shakes going down easier. Not hungry at all.
