Don't put too much weight on that scale! Pun intended. ;) Pay more attention to the way your clothes fit. I'm in the same boat. I wish that I wasn't a slave to that evil scale! It doesn't mean a thing when your clothes fit better. Focus on that. Keep up the great work!!!

Funny how weight fluctuates. 2 lbs. up yesterday, 2 lbs. down today. I'm focusing on the way my clothes fit and my "fat pants" are getting slightly looser. Yes, I was actually fatter than my fat pants but refused to go a size up. That is what made me say enough is enough!! Now I'm looking better in my fat pants. LOL. So,…

Kicked *kitten* today with my circuit training DVD. Was under my calorie goal. Cooked an awesome chicken dinner and passed on all of the buttered veggies and starches that I prepared for my family. I ate my veggies with vinegar and spices instead. Feeling great about how I'm staying on track and still able to have my…

Can you believe....cantaloupe? One cup. I was close to my calorie limit. Oh well. Can't have it all, all the time. Dishes above sound sooooo goood!!

Stressful day at work. Walked the dog (4 miles) when I got home and felt a little better. The dog, on the other hand, is pooped out on the couch! She's in worse shape than I am! Down 2 lbs. since start of the challenge. Feeling optimistic.

Wow! You are an inspiration! Thank you for sharing your story! Reading threads like this keeps me wanting to keep going, no matter how much I want to toss in the towel. I have my before pic images in my head and then I think about how I used to look in my size 8s. I'll remind myself of you and your successes, which will…

Weighed in today and lost 2 lbs! Also did my two week measurements and have lost 1" in my chest, .5" in my waist and hips! Such an awesome feeling! Hard workout today and ate well. Ready for my 2 large glasses of wine that I've saved up for. It's Saturday night!! Have a great evening all.

Yes! That was it! I was using the first link on this thread. I then scrolled down and found another link that you posted for the spreadsheet that works! Thanks for clearing that up! Bookmarked now!

Starting weight with MFP is there (the one that I entered), not the starting weight for the challenge. That box is blank and I can't enter my number. Thx.

Oh no! Rain, rain, go away! Glad that you got your morning walk though. DVDs are what I workout to, rain or shine, I'm inside. These gorgeous spring days will definitely get me out more. I hope the weather improves for ya!

Today was a good day. Kept my calories low so I could enjoy my adult beverages this evening. D'oh! Hey, it's the weekend and I deserve it! I worked hard all week, eating well and exercising. Have a great evening all! Happy Spring! It's supposed to be beautiful tomorrow! A hike might be in order!

Hi goingforahundred. I tried entering my starting weight and somehow, it won't let me. All other info. was entered last week successfully. I don't know if this is a glitch. My starting weight for the challenge is 163. Whenever you have time, I'd appreciate it if you could try it on your end. Thanks!

Thanks so much for the encouragement RaeBeeBaby! Congrats on your weightloss! That is awesome! Slow and steady wins the race. LOL. Today, I added a new morning drink to my diet and I'm hoping it will help. 10 oz of water, 1 tb lemon, 1 tb organic honey, 2 tb apple cider vinegar, and a pinch of cayenne pepper. Boost it up…

I wish I could workout today. So sore and need a rest day. Discouraged because I'm doing everything I'm supposed to be doing but am not seeing the results that I thought I'd see. This is only week two since I started back on MFP. I just thought that the first two weeks would show more progress, since most of the loss…

I broke my record yesterday and drank 80 oz.

Actually, I've learned some things here. According to Prof. Froy, "Our research shows that the timing of food consumption takes precedence over the amount of fat in the diet, leading to improved metabolism and helping to prevent obesity. Improving metabolism through the careful scheduling of meals, without limiting the…

Hello all, my first check in. I'm wanting to lose 15 lbs as my mini goal by the beginning of summer and a total of 20 lbs. So, this challenge is perfect for me! Just started back up here on MFP. Exercised two days in a row to aerobics dvds and am feeling the soreness considerably today. Will have to take the day off and am…

Excellent advice. I'll try this. Thanks!

In, In, In! :)

Thanks swirlybee! I might try that instead! mkakids, you're right, but the stretches before the aerobics were not stationary. It was the warm up. 10 minutes and I was getting hot already and breathing was slightly above normal at certain points. The cool down, on the otherhand, was not. Guess I'm being too anal!

Thanks for the info, very helpful. Okay, I'll just log the 40 min. then. Another one of my workouts has calisthenics, so I'll just add it to the cardio next time. I don't know why I want to log such few calories, I guess that I'd like the extra in numbers to make me feel better. LOL. I downloaded the fitbit devise because…
