Good morning everyone!!! Met all of my goals for yesterday. Just for today, I will; 1. Exercise for at least 180 minutes. 2. Encourage someone. 3. Keep an open heart. 4. Stay positive and focused on my goals. 5. I will not fail !!!

I will get my planks in at this morning's Pilates class, we hold elbow plank for 3 minutes, then go directly to full plank for 3 minutes.

Kicked off the day with a Barre class this morning, then a Hatha Yoga, and Pilates class this evening. Completely forgot daily challenge !!!!

4:45 am, One hour on rowing machine, 9:00am, One hour Pilates class. Will have a Barre class at 6:pm, and a Heated Yoga class at 7:15. Maybe some weights in between.

Good morning, everyone.....Happy Saturday !!! I have an hour Barre class, followed immediately by a 1 hour Hatha Yoga class, this morning. Plan to get my bicycle out and go for a ride this afternoon...I haven't even pumped the tires up on it yet this Spring.

I'm just late checking in today. Pretty much a rest day. Had a 9:00 am Pilates class, then did lawn work most of the afternoon.

No worries about me getting mad, no way !!! I'm surprised I take it too, really kicks my butt !! I really like the 2 instructors that teach the classes, so that keeps me going back !! Nope, no other guys... just poor little ole me, and the awesome ladies, ( poor baby !! lol ). Thanks, for the compliments !!!

I have a Fitbit Charge that I'm happy with, but don't pay attention to calorie count on it. You're not alone, Amee, have A Polar M400 w/ heart strap, a Polar FT 80 w/ heart strap, and a Garmin w/ heart strap. I like the Polar's the best. I just recently purchased the M400 for the GPS, and haven't had a chance to use it…
