Good! I was gonna skip my weigh in Friday and just weigh in next Friday so I wouldn't get discouraged. I'm hoping it all goes well!!! I'm still exercising and eating my 1300 cal.

Just take a slow. Don't push yourself super hard. I've had panic attacks 7 Years now. And I know what u mean when I feel my heart rate shoot up so bad it scares me I lower my pace sip on some water to clear my mind (while going at a SLOW pace) then I build it back up. Anything u do is better than nothing.

Thank you Sara. Its hard for me because I come from a big family. And no not genetics we just like to eat lol! So it's hard when I go visit my parents and they have cooked.

Dr told me to lower calories between 1500 or lowest at 1000 now I always end up eating about 1100.

You are completely right! It's not easyatall but I believe in myself. And that's how it should be. I mainly struggle with the depression part but I never talk about it. Like even though I'm happy I'm losing weight I still look at myself as a huge blob. Not to mention people's comments made to me over the past few months…
