  • I log everything except water and diet coke or other diet drinks. I log my tea because I have sugar in it but really the only cals in that are the skimmed milk and the sugar. mainly the sugar

  • I have bad knees from years of running competitively I now hyperextend and have loose tendons in my knees and hips. so they pop out yaaaaay fun times I use a gardening mat when I need to be on my knees that helps relive pressure.

  • 1200 cals a day its more that I can eat a whole pizza without noticing. I am somewhat of a pizza addict I will try to make my own and control the cals that way but I will try to have just a couple of takeaway pizza slices when I am used to the low cal alternative :)
