So you could run your normal route plus a bit then a bit more until up to 3.6 miles then it should be easier to run your new route without disappointment.

Running is very different from running. Hi.I run and have Garmin wrist device.i think all garmins link to I phones however a quick look on their website would confirm.they are accurate and easy to set .read and download. Hope this helps.

I run with an iPod touch and an arm band to hold it whilst running.It has couch to 5k on it,and map my run.Strava and a load of tunes which you can put in play lists if you want to.i really like it!please ask if you have any questions.
