Feel free to add me. I just started using MFP again, and could definitely use an accountability buddy to stay on track.

I made it a point to set time aside to exercise. Whether it was early in the morning or at night after getting home. Also like many of the others posted meal prep was helpful especially with long clinicals and classes.

Today I went on a morning walk/jog with my sister.

I'm currently doing the 30 Day Shred program. Once I'm done with the program I'm going to move on to the T25. Sometimes it difficult to squeeze in workouts into a hectic week, but because these are only about 30 min I find it easier to stick with.

I've been in the same boat. Losing weight and then gaining it back several times. It will be great to have friends, so that we can support each other on the journey.

Hi, I'm Marlene. I've used MFP before on and off never really sticking with it. I'm excited to join this group in order to help each other accomplish our goals. Good luck everyone!!

I'm also graduating nursing school next year (June 2016). Since starting nursing school my weight has been up and down with the stress that comes along with nursing school. I've tried MFP a couple of times, but I've never stuck with it. I'm working toward losing 40lbs. Feel free to add me.

Hi, I just started my last year of nursing. I graduate in June 2016 :). I'm not sure what I want to specialize yet since I have enjoyed all my clinical rotations. I'm starting to use MFP again with the goal of losing 40lbs and keeping them off. Feel free to add me. Good luck with clinicals
