The only way I've lost 15 pounds was serious calorie cutbacks and lots of cardio I've been at it 3 months lol. Just put your mind to it and be patient you should lose about 2 pounds a week

I haven't had knee surgery but because of my job the pop crack and have prevented me from running or jogging or doing any kind of lifts. I started the eliptical trainer for cardio. It's a lot less stress on your knees and really took of the weight. Don't give up

Hi I am bipolar and have severe anxiety. It toke me 15 years to get the meds that made me feel normal. Unfortunately 3 of the meds cause weight gain. With the right meds I was able to stay upbeat and determined to lose the weight. It took a lot of work 5 days a week at the gym an hour a visit. And cutting my calories down…
