I love love love to swim and treadmill is ok. Its extremely boring but I had to just get over it and do it, because I want results.0

holy crap how do u swim for an hour or two? I luv swimming but I get bored so quickly... probably doesn't make any sense. Do they have under water head phones? I feel like I could definitely swim longer with some tunes.
I'm just starting to workout so I aim for an hour a day.0 -
I probably would live at the gym if I had the time. lol I used to plan my days around my workout classes, then I started teaching them and doing personal training, so I guess you could say I never leave.0

I usually do 60 minutes of weights and 30 minutes of cardio 4 to 5 days a week.0

I walk on treadmill till it says I burned 1200 calories. Some days faster or slower depending on knees. I do core and legs on nautilus equipment for an hour or till done, steam and go home 6 to 7 days a Week.0

I workout 4 times per week lifting weights for 1 hour, then an extra 30 minutes of cardio after 3 of the weight lifting hours. Total 5 hours, 30 minutes per week.
5hours one hour at the vending machines eating chocolate. pool hottub saunas Shower then segway Ride home (per Walkonfire5)
However, the above would be my preferred method; especially the eating of the chocolate.0 -
I like the gym. I always have. I usedcto spend about 4 or 5 hours at the gym most days, when I was lifting and doing cardio. But now most of my time at the gym is spent avoiding below freezing temperatures. After I do about 2 hours of cardio, I hibernate until I can handle the cold.0

I'm sorry what? you walk until you burn 1200 calories?. you look very slim - do you walk all day? Why do you need to burn 1200 calories 6-7 days a week walking? I can walk at 3.5 for an hour and burn only 300 calories.0 -
I kickbox twice a week, and take a total body conditioning class twice a week...trouble is when work holds me over I don't go...I cant bare the treadmill0

Cardio usually 5-25 minutes
weights usually 45-60 minutes.
five days a week I workout.
It takes time to build your fitness level up. I did not start with doing the above.0 -
About an hour and a half. I like to run for at least 40 minutes, do some weights, finish out a few miles on a bike, and then tan.0
-
35-45 minutes of weights 3-4 days/week.0
