I have between 2.5-3 litres each day. I only drink water because its the only think I find quenches my thirst.

Its different everyday here or i get bored. Today I had crisp breads topped with light cream cheese, two boiled eggs sliced and 4 slices of thin sliced chicken . I had a strawberry light yogurt too. Lots of protein this morning for a busy day at work.

I have one! I even us it on the sofa at home. It works well, keeps me moving, but I definitely take the calories it tells me I've burned with a pinch of salt. It seems high.

Crisps. It's the only thing I have actually given up during my journey. I can't just eat one bag, and if I buy a multipack, even of healthy varieties, I'll just eat all 6/12/18 whatever they come in! So I just don't buy them.

For me it's simply having confidence for the first time in my adult life. I hid from everyone before. Even family. Now although I'm hardly a social butterfly, I have so much more confidence. I really don't care that much about other things, my stomach is a bit gross and saggy looking, but I feel fab.
