  • Whey will increase lean muscle mass I think adding whey to a fruit smoothie is a great meal! I haven’t bought any in a while, but plexus Lean is full of vitamins, probiotics, and prebiotic which makes it a great even when mixed with just water. • I've heard we all gain at different rates. I've also noticed that if I feel like I'm gaining a lot one week, it ends up evening out another week. If your doctor doesn't have a problem with it, don't stress it. It's more important to get enough healthy nutrients for momma and baby than obsess about extra weight gain. I'm 16…
  • I'm due Jan 30 with my first. I haven't gained a whole lot, but I'm having to come to terms with the extra fat I feel on my hips and stomach. I haven't been tracking that, but now is a good time to…

  • I'm 5'9" and my starting weight was 160. I weighed 142 when I got married 1 1/2 years ago. I want to loose everything I gained, and then some, maintaining around 135. CW 157.
  • Turkey lunch meat and Greek cream cheese (to complete my protein needs without too much fat)
  • Some might call it cheating, but I add just a tablespoon or two of sugar to my powder and mix it with milk. It makes it so good, plus I still have calories left over for a fruit to complete the meal or a snack later on. It has helped me so much in meeting my nutrition needs and staying within my calorie goals. I just…
  • Thanks everyone. This info will help me keep on track. I'll drink some water and keep on going! :)
  • Thanks, DemoraFairy and rabbitjb. That makes sense. I was hoping to loose more than just the water weight this week, though. :/
