Whey will increase lean muscle mass I think adding whey to a fruit smoothie is a great meal! I haven’t bought any in a while, but plexus Lean is full of vitamins, probiotics, and prebiotic which makes it a great even when mixed with just water. There is also THM Pristine Whey, it’s very clean and excellent quality!

I've heard we all gain at different rates. I've also noticed that if I feel like I'm gaining a lot one week, it ends up evening out another week. I'm due Jan 30 with my first. I haven't gained a whole lot, but I'm having to come to terms with the extra fat I feel on my hips and stomach. I know now is not the time to obsess about extra fat, but honestly, I probably just need to eat less sugary and fatty foods. Oh, and yoga on Swokit has become my new favorite friend!

I saw somewhere else that someone suggested adding an exercise labeled "breastfeeding", so I made one called pregnant that burns 300 cal. I know I could also adjust my daily calories, but I end up changing that a lot. Still open to suggestions!
