I started a 2 week barre workout routine feb 1 to boost my weight loss. I plan to continue after two weeks, but I'm just using these two weeks before Valentine's Day as my motivation and time frame. What results can I expect to see?

Setting Step Goal During Third Trimester
I just got a Fitbit Flex, and I'm wondering how many steps I should start out on. I'm wanting this extra motivation to stay active these last two months.

Pregnancy apps?
apparantly, MFP won't let me set a goal weight above 174... I wish they had a pregnancy mode that saved your pre-pregnancy weight and let you set higher goal weights. And maybe a button to "add 300 cal to maintainance goal. Does anyone have suggestions for another app that maybe sincs with MFP?

First trimester: gaining weight or water retention?
