I'm 5'7" and I always thought a goal of 155-160 was a good number! I personally have never achieved it

So I've been dedicated for 5 days!!! Being totally honest I attended a fundraiser last night ,4 course tapas style menu. Hard to track of course but I did my best! What I'm most proud of is that after a lil too much wine.... I didn't raid my kitchen when I got home !!! That's what I would have done before, and this morning…

Also in my 40's with about 40 pounds to lose for about the 4 th time! This journey is a lesson, that if you don't do it correct it won't work!!! I may be the only person I know to gain weight while excersicing 6 days a week! When I was younger that worked but I now realize you can not out excersice a bad diet! I eat well…

I too recently climbed back on the scale only to find that after losing 32 pounds about 5 years ago, I have put back all but about 5pounds! I'm disgusted of course!!! The hardest part is emotional, because I love excersising but can't seem to keep my eating in check! I'm happy I eat, I'm sad I eat! Just makes no sense that…
