I've been using Strava for a couple of years now, only because it has a more accurate calorie burned count than MapMyRun, if you want to try a new app. Otherwise, the advice of reinstalling and/or updating the app is sound.

^This. My body weight fluctuates depending on how hard I'm training at any given time, but as long as I'm loyal to TDEE and eating back 75% exercise calories, I'm a size 8 no matter what I'm doing, and I'm fine with it.

When you signed up, the app asked a lot of questions about your, e.g., weight, height, fitness goals, and gave you a recommended calorie and macro plan. Start with that, tweak as needed. If you ever run into needing to split a container of frozen confection again, I saw a pic of someone who just cut the frozen solid container with a serrated knife. (It might have even been on this thread...?) Boom: equal-ish portions.
