  • Brenner I use element yoga for beginners and the same for Pilates. I had a kettlebell workout the was on spark people but it's since been taken down. So I downloaded a interval timer and do the same moves without it. I think it was Paul Katima? He was easy to follow. Thanks for the encouragement!

  • Good morning! Got my yoga on this morning. Almost talked myself out of it. Then I remembered I still had to shut off the alarm in my kitchen. So yoga it is I said instead. Tomorrow I'll hit the kettlebell. I need to get to work early tomorrow so I won't have time for a Pilates workout. Down 3lbs since the first of December!
  • Runa- you can turn the prediabetes around! Stay focused it is worth the fight. My mother was full T2D. Trust me make the small changes. Walk for 10 minutes every hour if you can. That tiny change will make a huge difference.

  • What I like to do when I need to be more active is chart my workouts on a calendar. It's right next to my scale. I mark if I get a walk in or weights, yoga, Pilates. Then the next month I work to beat the last months activity.

And Tuesday night my son's alarm went off twice. Starting to get me down 😴. Also down the 4lbs I gained over Thanksgiving!
  • I'm a steady 2 eggs scrambled 2 toast 8 oz 1% milk 8oz ok every morning but Sunday. Seems boring but it gets me from 6:30 to at least 11 without the need for a snack. Watch the low bs it can make you eat the whole wagon when you fall off.
  • HI in February! The surf will be great still. Plus you will be able to find plenty of good sized shells. Nice thing about HI is everything goes. Last time I was there a lady probably 60 was wear a very shear swimsuit 🤪. You'll have a great time!

  • Great Monday morning! Not sure what happened to the weekend,but here we are. Had the JDRF walk Saturday at the crack of dawn or what seemed like it to me.
