  • Thanks @Azercord I appreciate the response. I do like the Spark. It really is the only thing that has helped me get moving other than coffee. I am not a huge fan of plain black coffee, so I have missed the creamer and sugar... :-/
  • Thanks for the feedback @efokken I got the same response from the one that talked me into trying it to begin with. I think I am gonna finish off my little bit of Spark and be done with that stuff. I have better uses of my money.
  • Oh, I will check into that! Thanks! Are you a derby girl @WBB55? I play derby here in Texas! Oh dang... I will definitely look more into that... that is scary!
  • Hahaha. It isn't for everyone. But those of us that are bothered by certain foods must make sacrifices to find the right way of eating that will enable them to be healthy and lose weight. Everyone has their own journey! Mine unfortunately doesn't allow for cookies. Unless I am willing to have blinding migraines. Trust me,…

  • Alrighty, I have survived 3 days so far! Only one major headache and that was the first day. But I am already starting to feel better in many areas. The regular daily headaches have already stopped! Yay. Looking forward to seeing how this goes!

  • Thanks for the encouragement! Day one is done and over... Man it was pretty hard when the sugar withdraw headache hit last night. Other than that, it seemed to go okay... I just hope to keep it going for the whole 30 days. 30 lbs to lose before the end of August!!!
  • I am single because I seem to attract the men that don't have their life together and can't seem to move forward until they do... Meaning, they have no problem stringing me along and whatnot, but are not ready for a real commitment. I put on quite a bit of weight after my last relationship and so I am not as confident as I…
  • Wow! Thanks for the new perspective! That is very helpful. I have been really down on what I have to eliminate, but you are all right! I need to focus on what I can have and make that work for me.
  • I was blessed with a super supportive and loving family! They never shamed me or judged me either... I have no idea where the thought that anyone was judging me even came from... Weird! Yes, hoping that the support and community here will help keep me going in the right direction! We can do it!
  • Hello everyone! I am 32 and really struggling to get and stay motivated... I am the heaviest I have ever been and the lowest psychologically... Just down and out. I am trying this online stuff to see about getting some motivation and support along the way. Add me and let's motivate one another!
  • Water isn't too bad for me to accomplish! I got this!
  • Add me! I am really trying my best to overcome my emotional eating. I am a sneak eater... I eat when I think no one is looking. I remember waiting until everyone in the house would go to bed and raid the kitchen when I was younger. I hated the judgement I thought people had when I would eat... I love fitness and working…
  • I have been debating a whole 30 way of eating as well. So glad to hear some people that have had some experience and success with it... I just found that I am gluten intolerant... Gives me migraines and bloating. :-/ I was thinking about whole 30, but it seems so restrictive... Perhaps I will go ahead and give it a go.
