  • Fruits have calories as well and sometimes a bit more than we think. So make sure to take them into account when counting your calories! Also, fruits have sugar, so dont have toooo much of it
  • Haha you managed to encourage me to put in even more effort into my diet and bodybuilding. I'll be sure to take full advantage of the time
  • ya i freaked out when i noticed a increase in my weight after i began bodybuilding. But now i know better!
  • After talking to people i realized that my goal was too harsh, so i changed to from 70kg to 80kgs. I also changed my calory intake my changing the goals because it was too low
  • Took your advice and changed my goal so that the calory intake is above 1600. And i'll be sure to log in the exercises and eat back the calories. Thnx for the tip!
  • Well i made my diary public just now and i mostly eat chicken breast, papaya, eggs and oranges every day. I'll be increasing my protein intake now though, so more chicken will be added to the diet. As for the 5x5 stronglift, it seems to me that it would require me to have quite a bit of armstrenght from the start.
  • Well i used to weight 110kg 2 months ago and currently my weight is 94kg. My height is 6 feet. And i just guessed my bodyfat level from the pictures provided on the websites so its probably innacurate.
  • Well by seeing some pictures i would say my bodyfat is somewhere between 15-20%. Currently i'm following the the bodybuilding routine from http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/kris-gethin-12-week-daily-trainer.html But the diet is one i made up on my own and lost the 16kgs with. As for supplements i was planning to take BCAA.…
  • Well i just began bodybuilding 2 weeks ago and i'm also only 19
  • I'll start doing that then. Thnx for all the advice mate.
  • Well when i entered all my details and set the goal to "1kg a week", it showed that i should be eating 1390. It began out at 1560 when i used to weigh 110kgs, but as i lost weight, the calory intake was also decreased
  • Thnx for the advice! I'll be sure to begin measuring the changes
  • My maintenance is around 2400 and currently my daily calory intake is 1390. So yes i'm in a calory deficit
  • Will i start losing weight again in the near future?
  • I actually began bodybuilding 2 weeks ago but it completely halted my weight loss. Thats why i'm worried whether it would have been better to lose more weight first
  • thnx for the advice, I'll keep that in mind!
  • I actually changed my calory from 1460 to 1640 yesterday because as i'm a 19 year old male, some of the experienced members from this forum told me that it is really unhealthy for me to be eating soo less and i should slow down my weight loss.
  • well then, guess ive been believing in the wrong thing. What should i do about weight loss plateaus then? Because after 2 months of losing weight really fast, its become really slow lately
  • I was thinking that maybe i would bulk up once i went down to 75. But i guess aiming for 85 is also a viable option. Thats why i began bodybuilding now instead of after i reached 75 as i had planned before. For now i'm just cutting until i reach 80-85.
  • Well to be honest its because i'll be attending university from fall so would like to start on a good note. Also prom is around july so wanted to be fit for that as well. But yes i do understand what you mean. Its not healthy for me and should slow down. I do take Bcaa to prevent muscle loss though. I really appreciate all…
  • I take my logging very seriously. I even record the amount of onions i used to make the omelet.
  • Currently my height is 6 feet and my weight 95 kgs (dropped from 110). My main goal is to go down to 75-80 by August of this year. The help is appreciated :)
  • I dont feel hungry throughout the day though. I eat 4 meals a day a day and and manage to keep myself full. A ton of water as well. But i do realize that it is pretty low for someone of my age. Also, bodybuilding must burn a bit of calories as well. SO guess i up my calories a bit and see how it goes. Awesome advice from…
  • One more thing. I have been taking BCAA though. I do know that some Bcaa contain calories but that isnt an issue because i always have 100-200 calories leftover each day and i'm waaay below my maintenance.
  • Thnx alot mate. i'll stick to it then
  • Oh my bad. I thought the app would simply decrease 1 kg from the given weight if i managed to complete one week. Thnx for clearing the confusion
