For me, it's strange. Being the shortest in my family at 5'9" i wish i was taller, but then sometimes i wish i was shorter.

I didn't think there was I remembered reading the label and thinking ok what's the catch here? I've had them all and they're all pretty darn good and kill my pasta craving! I'm such a carb queen giving up my processed carbs are the hardest thing ever!

I also make them in a pan not the microwave which allows me to thicken the sauce and add some spices like garlic, crushed red pepper, etc. Makes a huge difference imo.

The one issue i find on the app that the website has is you can't search for food, or at least I can't seem to search for food items that you've never used before. I had to go to the website to search for eggplant yesterday instead of the app. It could very well be user error too!

Not sure if they carry them in the UK, but in the US there is a brand called Mission and they make a carb control whole wheat tortilla that's 3 carbs and 80 cal each and they're yum! Not sure what you meant by full size wraps either but these are about 6 inch

Yeah I'm not fond of the squeeze or packet things. I always have some combo of lemon/lime/cuke/mint in my water & it sits there. Zucchini chips! Slice em thin on a mandolin, season them up (garlic, onion, paprika or whatever you like) spritz of oil, sprinkle of parm, lay them out on a sheet pan bake at 450 for 20 ish mins a little more/less depending on thinkness. 2 large zucchini are only about 80 calories

Do whatever you can to get exercise in during the day. Park farther away from your building, go to the bathroom on another floor, take the stairs, etc. I know it's easy for me to get 5k without trying by just making little changes to my routine. Each building and situation is different obviously so others my have a harder…

I have always been of the mindset that you should not drink your calories. My doctor advised me not to juice or do smoothies because you're better off eating the fruit or veg you're about to blast. Ymmv but drinks don't satisfy me.
