Is this another product placement thread for quest? If not, sorry, but its getting out of control.

Thanks @Cheesy567 I'll give it a try!

Peanut butter M&M's ... Large bag gone in 1-2 days (just me). I got to day 3 once, woke up super early and absolutely had to finish the bag. Felt really powerless. Only do this to myself maybe once a year. Lately, its pint ice cream and fritos, which I let myself buy occasionally. On fruit, I really miss pomegranates.

I've tried so delicious plain coconut milk yogurt and had a toigh time eating it. Is the homemade version better?

What will you replace dairy with? I'd love to cut dairy, but yogurt and cheese help me reach my macros. Fake cheeses have more carbs, so not really a good option...

I tried one for the first time last night, cookie dough. Not impressed. Tasted like a Power Bar, which I haven't had in years but I remember the same fake sweet/bitter after taste. Which i cant seem to get rid of!! I usually have nature valley (or generic) protein bar, its lower protein per bar but also lower total carb…

I enjoy them plain, they're fun to eat, satisfying crunch. How about a cheese + nut/seed/dried fruit combo, maybe cottage cheese and sunflower seeds...or a dried apricot for sweetness. Never tried it, but I think I will!

Grapefruit diet - with my mom, it didn't do much. Dexatrim - didn't do much. Hydroxycut - lost weight, gave me permanent stretch marks. Hydroxycut- a second time 10 yrs later, made me shaky, maybe too much caffeine, stopped after 2 days.

Me:1 LNS:0 Good challenge idea, @lamlam2013 !

First of all, great news all tests are normal!! If theres a chance eating high carb makes you feel tired, then reduce your carbs for a week or 2. You don't have to go down to zero, just change things up and see how you feel.

Low carb veg here. Eggs, greek yogurt, nuts, seeds, cucumbers, berries, protein skakes, protein bars, baby kale, spinach, broccoli, full fat cheese, avocados, fake meat/chicken products, and beans. And sometimes fish, like sardines. That's most of my grocery list! Usually stay below 65 carbs.

I took magnesium citrate and it did absolutely nothing for me. Choked down the while bottle, no joke. Bleh! What almost always works for me is a full glass of warm water first thing in the morning (it doesn't have to be early, just before anything else).

Ben & Jerry's Phish Food.

I read about this a few years back and tried the capsules (I'm not a fan of spicy food). So, I want to offer a warning: your throat will burn when the capsule opens!!

Crackers...especially Triscuits and Ritz. I could fit them in calorically, but decided i dont like the ingredient list. And now croissants, after reading your comments, lol

Jogging is great, just keep it up! I'd recommend not measuring/weighing daily, to avoid a daily dose of potential discouragement. Every 3rd day or week if you can. Frozen meals can have a lot of sodium or sugar, just keep an eye on that.

I tend to keep my head down and stay focused, but yes I do notice often being the only woman. I can usually ignore this, but admit it can make me anxious :/

They all taste the same to me... plain is plain! Fewer ingredients the better. I usually get dannon.

Plain greek yogurt with almond butter, seeds (chia, flax, hemp) and a splash of black espresso.

This may be a little weird, but i use a tablespoon of TruWhip and let it melt. I'm working on cutting out soy tho, google what is does to your nervous system.

5ft 3.5in - SW 144, CW 125. Was down to 120 recently, but can't seem to break it. Am trying different things ATM. I still feel too big for me at 120. Would like to get under 115. To each their own.

Thin rice cakes, I like Suzie's brand. Tomato slices can work, just choose very firm ones for a less messy experience!
-
This. Bonus is real nuts are the first ingredients and waaaay lower sugar/carb than anything else I've found. PS. Walmart makes a Great Value knockoff which is almost identical and even cheaper yet.

What's in the marinade? 39 cals seems low, but if you've measured...then good job! Restaurant meals this size would have a huge calorie bottom line because of all the added butters, oils, etc.
-
Frito's are one of the cleanest chips out there. High fat, cals so portion control is super important. I usually use celery, cucumbers, and raw brussel sprouts (cut in half) - all provide good crunch.
-
Have bacon! Work it into your daily allotment today so you don't feel guilty. Painful cravings can lead to eating more of other things. Bacon on its own is clean!

If you care about clean eating, raw nuts have no ingredient list. I eat them, daily. If you can't manage one handful, then it might be too soon in our journey to incorporate them. Because yes, high in (good) fats.
