  • Carbohydrates are a tool, but they are not essential. Google essential carbohydrates.
  • With the term “essential” meaning the body needs it, there are essential vitamins, essential minerals, essential protein and essential fats. Name one essential carbohydrate.
  • Have you looked at Pure Vitamin Club's daily multivitamin? If I don't feel like taking the capsule, I open it up put and use the powder in a drink, on eggs, and several other ways.
  • The way I selected capsule form was, I started with 3 glasses of water. In one I put the tablet form, in the 2nd capsule form and the 3rd I opened the capsule. I waited till the capsule dissolved, stirred the 3 glasses of water and observed. Then waited for the tablet to finish dissolving then observed which one I would…
  • Look up Pure Vitamin Club, it has a Broad Spectrum Magnesium Caps. In my bottle 1 capsule has Magnesium Carbonate, Magnesium Glycinate, Magnesium Taurate and Magnesium Citrate. I take it because I can take with or without the capsule, I do not piss it out and I can tell a big difference in my skin, hair and overall…

  • I understand what you are saying, I did not specify what part of the lemon I was using. What I understand the lemon juice is acidic, too much, too often can mess with you teeth. So I gut half of a lemon then press the skin to get the oil or I use essential lemon oil drops, and use 5-6 drops.

  • I take Pure Vitamin Club's Daily Vitamin. The way I take it in the morning varies from taking it in capsule form to opening it and adding to a smoothie. I take this vitamin because no one has given me proof that I need to take Titanium Dioxide, Silica and/or Magnesium Stearate as part of a vitamin.
  • Every morning I start off when I wake up with a 16 oz glass of water with 5 or 6 drops of lemon oil and a dash of cayenne pepper. With how I am feeling I will add vitamin C or baking soda to it. This is not a diet for me, one glass first thing in the morning before anything else. I have been doing this over 2 years now, no…
  • I have first thing in the morning a giant glass of water, a teaspoon-ish of baking soda and the juice of half a lemon. As for the baking soda the results may vary. A teaspoon of baking soda might induce liquid toilet explosions and for others a teaspoon is not enough. Had to start somewhere.
  • I do a fast every day, the length of the fast is varying. Since I do not eat while sleeping I count that time as fasting. Then it is a matter of when I eat dinner and when I eat the next day.

  • Try reading "Keto Clarity". The book has Chapter 5: Find Your Carbohydrate Tolerance Level and Chapter 6: Determine Your Personal Protein Threshold.

  • Try reading "Keto Clarity" by Jimmy Moore & Eric C Westman, MD. It is probably available through a library. Or listen to one of Jimmy Moore's podcasts, such as "Keto Talk With Jimmy Moore & The Doc". I am suggesting this since every one is different and has different objectives.
  • I like Onnit's emulsified MCT oil coconut for my coffee creamer.
  • 1. Controlling stress 2. Good quality Sleep
  • My mother-in-law was given irradiated glucose and scanned to determine if she had cancer. The cancer showed up as a bright spot on the scan. So this tells me that carbs / sugar is a food for cancer. So with this thinking I do my best limit my carbs to vegetables, protein and a little fruit. The rest of my calories come…
  • I don't care for mayo, so I mash an avacado, then add enough olive oil, then add tuna.

With doing this I have more energy and relaxed the next day. I replaced the caffeine after noon with water (flavored), herbal de-caf teas or wine. My caffeine intake is coffee and…
  • I use Pure Vitamin because it has no fillers and no additives. So with finding vitamins like this I do not give a vitamin with titanium dioxide, sand or magnesium stearate any credit to being good for me.
