    I just grab a Men's multi, whatever's on sale.
I do check to make sure it doesn't contain iron though.

Feel good factor is different than "should". If you are eating a varied diet you are getting all the nutrients and vitamins you need.

Exercise has done the most for me to feel good.

For placebo get any men's multi-vitamin (no iron) with a flashy label. Extra points if you get it from a fitness nutrition specialty store at twice the price of a Centrum multivitamin.

I got to thinking. If bulking is your goal, John Glaude is great for motivation and positivity. Here's an oatmeal video.

I take Pure Vitamins. No additives and no fillers, just 13 essential vitamins and 11 key minerals.

I hate to be a sceptic here @kingrat2014 but without additives and fillers, is the pill case nearly empty?

Since you use the Internet, I suggest you go to purevitaminclub.com and and check out the ingredients for yourself.
