I’m right there with you... I have been up and down the scale so much since starting on here and I really wish I would have listened to all this advice being given how to you. Keep calm and move on... no harm done. Life is balance and the more guilty we feel, the worse the whole situation can be.

Yes I feel I don’t have enough patience every day! Sometimes I like to weigh myself everyday to be real with my progress but sometimes it’s discouraging when I think I’ve been so good and I stay the same or gain .2-.6 lbs! I really enjoy looking on here for inspiration... if so many other people have done it I can too!!!

Yes I love incorporating vegetarian and vegan meals as much as possible! Veggies make my skin clear and my sugar cravings go down a lot. I am anemic though so when I try to cut out meat for too long I get light headed very easily... I guess because I don’t supplement correctly ;) lol
