I am definitely in for this one because late night snacking is absolutely a problem for me. Part of it is being a night owl but mostly it's a very bad acquired habit I need to break myself of. Since I am a night owl I am setting 10pm as my red-line for winning/losing this challenge. I hope the public accountability factor will help me with this.

I am absolutely committing for the month of June. If I could just stop eating in the evenings (since nothing I eat has any sort of health benefit) I would actually lose weight. I have very good eating habits during the day. My son is graduating grade 8 at the end of the month and there will be lots of pictures taken and I'd rather not run away from the camera!

Not a good evening (actually it started this afternoon). On top of my meals I have eaten 3 packs of crisps (75g), 150g of chocolate and a sandwich.

I consider late night snacking to be:
1) Anything in the evening after dinner that is outside my calorie allowance, and/or unhealthy.
