Try doing some breathing exercises - I have the same problem, and I noticed when I do that the night before or a half hour before I usually keep the pace. I tend to "hold" my breath when I run =( I try chewing gum too that really helps lol. good luck! and yay for being a cancer survivor!! stay strong!

Being diabetic for 20 years, I've been through and tasted all of the "sugar free sugar" as I like to call it. I personally enjoy truvia, with stevia coming in a close second. It is funny, the more I use those - the more I HATE sweet and low, equal, ect.!

Buy a foam roller....it is TORRRRRRRRRRRRRRRTURE but it gets all the kinks and soreness out. Trust me, its a LIFE saver!

Write down your goals day by day and in the long run. I usually start with putting my current weight and my goal weight. then I write myself notes saying "You will run a mile today" or "you will look so good in that dress come July if you stick to it!" Right with you! Added you too =) We cant get too hard on ourselves for the binge days - I am learning that very slowly. There is always tomorrow to make up for it - if its cutting calories or working out a little harder. It all adds up =)

I'm too hard on myself when it comes to my weight. I know I am no where near overweight, but for me, it drives me crazy!

Everyone has their own opinion. And people get off track once in a while. If you mess up with cheating on a meal or not go to the gym, you just make it up the next day!

Hi! Sometimes if I eat small amounts of food I will log it into the "snack" section. Otherwise I would just leave it - at the end of the day it all adds up anyway!
