We do bake our salmon in tinfoil with a tiny bit of honey drizzle, cummin seed and 2 spoons of water For 20 mins each side (?)... Then put it in fridge and eat Next day with peppers mushrooms etc ...

I usually eat 2 weetabix with a cup of alpro almond milk, or else a smoothie (peach, handful blueberries and raspberries, half bannana) an hour before going - gives me great energy for the workout!

Yes! And was such a selfish thing.. Had a friend up in the house and it was around 7 told mam we wore going for a walk and would be back around half 8 and we will go shop for her when were on the way back if she wants anything.. She gave us money anyway long story short I never came back, hoped on the bus and went to next…
