I agree, I started jogging again 2 weeks ago. And I seriously have seen major improvements in the health of my mind and spirit. I'm sure my body too, but I am not focusing on my weight overall.

Never. I am not focusing on weight at all in this journey, but rather how I feel, how much more my body can endure, and a lifestyle. Numbers get me all confuzzled and stuff, and I really am staying away fro that this time around.

Thank you. :) I don;t run everyday, its definitely not consecutive. But cumulatively it is 5 days in a week. I am going to try to add more strength training in. I just get very overwhelmed in a gym with a bunch of people nowing what they are doing.
