As for you diary setting-- (private / public)...go to "My Home" / "Settings" / "Diary Settings" / scroll down to where it says diary settings and choose the setting that you would like. As for using MFP just make sure you log honestly. I log everything that I eat/drink.. boy was I surprised how unhealthy things were.…

My end goal is 170 lbs but my doctor would like me to be more in the 150 to 160 range.
