How do I add people and how do I know if mine is an open diary. I've been using MFP for about a month and am only just learning how to use it properly

    You click on their profile then there is an option add friend, on the website thats is not sure about the app

    As for you diary setting-- (private / public)...go to "My Home" / "Settings" / "Diary Settings" / scroll down to where it says diary settings and choose the setting that you would like. As for using MFP just make sure you log honestly. I log everything that I eat/drink.. boy was I surprised how unhealthy things were. Friend me if you like.
