  • These days i have not been completely in ketosis but days that i eat really low carbs, i am barely hungry. I believe that most hungers that we feel are from our addictions to carbs thus sugar.
  • You should not be. As long as you are keeping your minerals and liquids intake high, you will be fine.
  • Interesting but have not heard anything about it. Check out water fast as well or dry fast.
  • Hello everyone, I was gone for a while. Although I was able to stay around -2pounds or +2pounds, i am having the hardest time between keeping my energy up to care for my baby and cooking. • Not doing a good job so far trying to eat clean keto. I have not been shopping for my weekly good and found myself snacking and/or starving. It is also very hard because with a 9months old , I am trying to cook but he does not nap anymore so it is really hard. Anyway, I am choosing to not give up and stay optimistic.

  • Will post last weight on last day but so far, lots of ups and downs but I am re learning to keep my carbs down. • Start measuring with clothes. I have stalled many times but measuring with clothes , pics and tape showed me that I was on the right track. You could also be building muscle while losing fat, the scale won t know the difference. Since you just got started, i suggest that you avoid alcohol for a week and limit your leafy…
