Yes ! Exactly haha. So no to the teas then ? Hopefully portion control and water will help you ! It just sucks putting in all this work and not getting anywhere else (when it come to my stomach) and to me that is the most important part ... After the glutes

I do strength train , I know a lot of people take a day for abs but I don't ! Maybe I should start haha, I just never did because I just don't care to have crazy abs just a flat stomach but if it will help then maybe I should start

I don't usually use salt for anything and I try to watch how much sodium things have on my log so I don't think that's the problem, but thanks !

I have been reading about gluten sensitivity and I do have a few of the symptoms. Not sure if it could be the cause or not. I'm not really sure but I just want it to go away ! Haha

Do not eat any more calories than 1370 it is good to burn those calories. That is why I never really logged my excersize on here because then I was tempted to eat the calories I burned off !

Don't feel guilty ! Cheat days are good :smile: I usually use mine Saturday and Sunday. But still track all of your foods on here and try not to exceed 1700 calories
