Bacon is another one. Bacon gets a bad rap but in actuality a couple slices is very manageable and satisfying

For me if I had to wait a week for treats I would never last that long. It works much better for me to save 200-300 cal a day for after the kids go down then enjoy a few treats a night.

I have been eating this most days for lunch. It is so good! I do 100g of broccoli,cauliflower, and zucchini and 50g of mushrooms and bell pepper with a serving of veggie crumbles and creole seasoning. I end up with a massive bowl of spicy creamy veggie goodness for about 250 calories!

I would bring a 100 calorie pack of skinny pop popcorn.

I prep all of the veg that comes into the house. The bottom of my fridge is full of containers of raw chopped fruit and veg. It makes it much easier to eat my vegetables when they are all ready to go. I steam a bag of Brussels sprouts. I also cook a batch of quinoa that I can eat like hot cereal in the mornings or as a…
