I have a NSV this week. One I am sure most of you may have experienced. I have a regular check up with my doctor tomorrow. I had lab work for the appointment and my numbers have improved! My A1C which is a marker for diabetes came down from 11 to 7.7 (normal around 6.0)! That is with a 35 lb weight loss. Maybe will get to…

I was having the same issues plus my home page would never load. I have always used internet explorer but then tried it using Chrome as my browser. It seemed to work better and my home page loaded. May want to try. Luann

Thank you for your comment. I have been thinking about keeping a diary of my weight loss-just a few notes. Haven't started it yet so your comments have encouraged me to start. I think it would be interesting and motivating to see those NSV in writing.

That is a good NSV. I love reading about everyone's NSV's. I think they motivate me more than the numbers. I had a couple of maintenance days myself over the past 2 weeks and I don't worry about them. I'm determined to enjoy the journey and not worry about a day here and there. Good for you. Luann

Down 4 lbs this week for a total of 26 lbs. Yeah, I like to see that downward trend. Is anyone else having trouble with the site. My home page won't load. It will let me do anything else but the home page.

Connie Nothing wrong with having a "poor me day". You know though that tomorrow will bring a new day with new struggles but also with new opportunities. Hope your shoulder feels better-try an anti-inflammatory if you can and some heat.
