I have used C4 and Liporidex and just MP protein. I like them both but C4 gets me a little too shaky. I like how Liporidex doesn't give me a crash and I can take it in the evenings without keeping me awake all night. Not sure about the others ones.

Weight loss can cause tats too look different. I once had an artist tell me that women should never get them in certain areas like lower belly and thighs.

I'm sure it was what you ate and drank combined with being backed up. It's normal for weight to vary from day to day.

Are you weighing yourself at different times during the day? Weight fluctuates during the day. Try to always weigh yourself at the same time every day (or better yet just once a week).

I did South Beach for an entire year while I was a vegetarian. You have to be creative but it worked great for me.

Weight loss can be slow while breastfeeding. Your body will actually crave more food since it is producing milk. Keep a good food journal so you make sure you get enough calories. If you consume too few you can lower your milk production.

I love food too! I do alot of cooking at home. That way I know my meals are healthy and tasty!!

Wow! I hope no one else got that and is trying to only eat 740 calories. That is not healthy at all!

Scales can vary from each scale. They can even vary if you use them on different spot on the floor (due to leveling). Every scale though usually does a decent job of measuring weight loss.

Your weight loss will be very slow with only 12 pounds to loose. Loosing just half a pound a week would be good progress. You are getting healthier so you are making progress!

Good for you! Just remember that slow weight loss is more likely to be permanent. If you loose it fast you usually gain it back fast.
