help!

i have been on a healthy diet for a while now and im 1 pound off my 2 stone goal!! i have been struggling to shift this extra pound for like 2 months now!!!

any tips please

    More exercise and make sure you're eating to your calorie goal. CONGRATS! YOU CAN DO IT!

    Congratulations, you must feel amazing. Just keep what you're doing as its brought you this much success. It's so frustrating being so close and the scales won't budge. Try cutting back a bit on what you eat for a few days and you'll see a difference. Good luck

    At some point I'd wonder if 1 pound is really significant? Personally I have a weight range now that I'm in maintenance.

    Way to go! Just keep your logs accurate and focus on cardio rather than strength training.
